Background
	Since its foundation in 1994, IDS has maintained an impressive growth rate by developing products known for innovation and value that target emerging trends in the salvage industry. In 1996, IDS Released its first Windows based turnkey solution for tracking salvage inventory, ITrack. Since then ITrack has been evolving to suit the needs of a growing market share in the salvage industry. These changes include ITrack V5.01, featuring the Hollander interchange, ITrack HT, a custom solution for the heavy truck salvage industry, ITrack MX, a brand-new inventory management solution for motorcycle and personal recreational vehicle salvage and sales, ILink, a low cost alternative to satellite based locator service that uses the Internet as its communications pipeline, and various other custom solutions for the salvage and other industries.

	Each of ISoft's products are designed with scalability as a primary feature. Systems are network-ready so the ITrack systems we sell today will continue to serve those businesses in the years to come. Every system is based on Windows technology to assure each customer of IDS's commitment to provide mainstream function and ability in every system. Because of the Windows based environment, IDS clients can add other applications to their systems such as a word processor, spreadsheet, payroll and accounting software, and many other business software packages. ITrack products are available as software-only solutions or as complete turn-key hardware and software configurations.
