The Position

We are looking for a self-motivated, intelligent and adaptive Support Specialist to join our ITrack team!

Under the direction of the Director of Operations/Customer Experience and the Technical Support Manager, the Support Specialist performs a variety of duties in customer service, technical support, and more.


Responsibilities

  • Efficiently address customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Accurately log bug reports and feature requests.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software and website issues.
  • Deploy software solutions and onboard new customers.
  • Conduct training sessions on our software and services, both remotely and on-site.
  • Coordinate between departments and third-party technical teams.
  • Manage customer data manipulation and import requests.
  • Operate remote connections for repair, troubleshooting, and deployment tasks.
  • Facilitate communication within ISoft and between customers.

Requirements

  • Strong conversational abilities for phone communication.
  • Proficiency in MySQL, Python, and JavaScript.
  • Professionalism in high-pressure situations.
  • Resourcefulness in addressing unfamiliar challenges.
  • Adaptability in managing diverse and multiple daily requests.

Education & Experience

  • Academic qualifications are appreciated, but practical experience is preferred.

Typical Day

  • Begin at 9 am at our Turbine Flats office.
  • Oversee customer communication via emails, calls, case tracking, and chat.
  • Participate in regular team and customer meetings.
  • Carry out additional responsibilities as needed.
