When it comes to business, we like to keep it casual.
Our scholar internship program is designed to provide practical skills, hands-on experience, and personal and professional development opportunities. The program is for current high school students and recent graduates looking for exposure and mentorship. The location of the scholar internship is at our corporate headquarters at 2124 Y Street in Lincoln, Nebraska, which is a part of Turbine Flats.
Scholars will work in a friendly and welcoming environment, get to know each other and other company employees. Dress code is business casual. All participants will go through an orientation meeting and onboarding process on the first day. After they will begin to participate in learning sessions and engage in projects of increasing difficulty.

What To Expect As A Scholar
Scholars will get exposure to business operations and assist with or lead individual and group projects aimed at obtaining new and enriching old skills. To see a list of potential projects reference our weekly blog posts. Our blog posts highlight the projects scholars have worked on in the past.

Our program schedule will follow the Lincoln Public Schools calendar. Each program will start the Monday after a semester ends and will last until the Friday before the next semester begins.No Schedule Yet

We aren't looking for free work with the scholar internship program. Interning at ISoft Data Systems means the scholars are part of our team. And we take care of our team. They get to participate in real-life projects, not just busy work. We provide projects that allow them to learn and come up with solutions alongside our team of developers, engineers and designers.
